The project will turn the once vacant Hilton Recreation Center in West Baltimore into a world-class resource that will serve as a flagship Boys & Girls Club and community gathering place.
When the renovation is completed, the campus will be a state-of-the-art center for Boys & Girls Club's youth development programs as well as a destination for other nonprofit program partners providing services and activities in partnership with the community.
BGCMB will provide programs that focus on academic success, character and leadership development, the arts, health and wellness, sports and recreation, and workforce readiness.
With the Baltimore Ravens gift at the forefront, BGCMB is working to support the long-term sustainability of the Club and endow specific Boys & Girls Club programs at the site. BGCMB is seeking to raise additional funds, with a goal of $10 million, to supplement the catalytic gift of the Ravens and the Stephen and Renee Bisciotti Foundation.
