Through our Life & Workforce Readiness pillar and growing teen strategy, we are creating meaningful opportunities for teens to explore college campuses, discover new career pathways, and begin envisioning the futures they want to build.

As part of Under Armour's annual Rookie Week—the Under Armour Rookies spent the morning assembling backpacks filled with school supplies for Club members, helping ensure that children head into the new school year equipped with the tools they need to learn, grow, and succeed. Later in the day, they had the opportunity to meet campers and families during pickup, creating meaningful conversations and personal connections that brought the impact of their work full circle.
