As part of Under Armour's annual Rookie Week—the Under Armour Rookies spent the morning assembling backpacks filled with school supplies for Club members, helping ensure that children head into the new school year equipped with the tools they need to learn, grow, and succeed. Later in the day, they had the opportunity to meet campers and families during pickup, creating meaningful conversations and personal connections that brought the impact of their work full circle.

At Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Baltimore, we know that great summers start with great staff. As over 600 youth across Baltimore, Howard County and the Eastern Shore step into one of our Clubs this summer, they’ll be welcomed by paid, professional team members who are passionate about youth, rigorously trained, and fully prepared to deliver a safe, enriching, and unforgettable experience.

As the Arts, Culture & Expression Manager at the Baltimore Ravens Boys & Girls Club, which includes not only visual arts, but also culture, creative expression, STEAM, performance, and other youth development opportunities, Ms. Theresa’s main goal is to foster an environment where creativity can grow, and every kid feels encouraged to explore their imagination.
