As graduation season rolls around again, it’s hard not to think about how fast these moments come and go. One minute, teens are walking through the doors of the Boys & Girls Club looking for connection, support, and opportunity, and before you know it, they are preparing to step into the world as young adults.

At Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Baltimore, we're building something bold: a teen program that inspires, supports, and grows with our youth. Teen retention is one of the biggest challenges we face, but when teens do stay, they help shape something powerful. This year, we’re celebrating four remarkable young men, who not only stayed committed to the Club, but helped shape the future of what our teen program can be.
