We’re halfway through our 6-week summer camp—and what a ride it’s been! Across our 11 Boys & Girls Clubs, nearly 600 campers are soaking up every moment, turning up the fun, and diving headfirst into hands-on experiences that spark imagination, learning, and serious joy. Before we dive into the fun, let’s give a huge shoutout to our incredible Club staff! From planning unforgettable field trips to leading hands-on learning activities and keeping the energy high every single day, their passion, creativity, and dedication make all of this summer magic possible.Â
Here's just a peek at the fun we’ve been having across our Clubs!Â

Harper's ChoiceÂ
It was a hole-in-one kind of week at Monster Mini Golf, where Harper’s Choice campers brought their A-game to glow-in-the-dark greens. Back at camp, things got explosively fun during a foamy elephant toothpaste experiment. Who knew learning could be this cool—and this messy?Â
Â
Brooklyn O’MalleyÂ

From paint palettes to power tools, our Mini Innovators at Brooklyn O’Malley are putting their passions on full display. Whether they’re blending beauty looks in Cosmetology, threading their way through Sewing, or letting loose in Creative Arts, these campers are crafting their futures one masterpiece at a time!Â
Also, as part of our Workforce Development Program, teens at Brooklyn O’Malley had the amazing opportunity to learn from the pros! Broadcasters from the Baltimore Orioles visited the Club to share their career journeys, what inspired them to pursue broadcasting, and how they use their voices to bring the game to life. The very next day, our teens took a field trip to Camden Yards to cheer on the Orioles together—bringing their learning full circle!Â

Veterans ElementaryÂ
The only thing cooler than air conditioning? A day at the Skate Zone! Campers showed off their skills, learned new tricks, and rolled out the good vibes.Â
Â
Westport Homes
At Westport, campers got their art on with a week dedicated to color, creativity, and imagination. The Mini Picassos painted their hearts out, transforming blank canvases into brilliant bursts of expression. Â
 Â
Pocomoke CityÂ
Summer safety took center stage in Pocomoke as Maryland Coastal Bays and UMES dropped by for a hands-on workshop on mosquitoes. Campers learned how to stay safe while getting the buzz on these tiny summertime pests. Â

Truitt Community Center
Big shoutout to our Club in Salisbury, who teamed up with Fruitland Walmart to support campers and families. When community partnerships show up, our kids shine even brighter. Â
Field Trip FrenzyÂ
Across Baltimore City, Howard County, and the Eastern Shore, our Clubs have been racking up the miles and memories with field trips that keep the summer vibes rolling. So far, our campers have:Â
Moo’d around at Schuster’s FarmÂ
Leveled up with the Gaming TruckÂ
Let loose at Player’s Fun ZoneÂ
Jumped for joy at Sky Zone & Altitude Trampoline ParkÂ
Caught flicks at Regal Movie TheatreÂ
Made wild connections at the Salisbury ZooÂ
Struck up fun at the Bowling AlleyÂ
Traveled back in time at Furnace TownÂ
With three weeks of fun still ahead, our campers are proving that summer at the Club is where memories are made, passions are discovered, and joy is always just around the corner. Stay tuned—there’s so much more magic to come!Â
