2025 was a transformative year for Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore. Across our 10 Clubs and the communities we serve, we expanded access, deepened impact, and strengthened the systems that support young people long after they walk through our doors. Below are the 10 moments that moved our mission forward and set the stage for our future. 

At Laurel Woods Elementary School, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Baltimore is more than an after-school program—it’s an extension of the strong school community, strengthened through our partnership with BRIDGES.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Baltimore teens from our Howard Community College (HCC) site recently experienced an unforgettable lesson in leadership and perseverance during Senator Cory McCray’s book signing for The Apprenticeship That Saved My Life. 

Every day, 300 kids will walk through the doors of the new Baltimore Ravens Boys & Girls Club — and from day one, they’ll know they are loved. They’ll have the opportunity to dream as big as they can, in a space built just for them. Thanks to you, what began as a vision is now a reality. The excitement in West Baltimore is electric — the laughter, the pride, and the possibility that fill these halls are all because of your belief in what’s possible for our young people.

Baltimore, Md. (October 6, 2025) – The Baltimore Ravens, The Bisciotti Family Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore (BGCMB), Baltimore City Recreation & Parks, LEVEL82, and Green Street Academy today hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open the Baltimore Ravens Boys & Girls Club at Hilton Recreation Center in West Baltimore. The project is only the third such collaboration in the nation between an NFL team and a Boys & Girls Club.

On Saturday, September 20, members of Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Baltimore had the opportunity to attend the Truth and Service Classic, where Howard University faced off against Hampton University. For many of our teens, it was their very first time experiencing an Historically Black College and University (HBCU) college football game—and the day was nothing short of unforgettable.

Last week, the halls of Capitol Hill were buzzing with the voices of tomorrow’s leaders. Thanks to support from Dollar Tree, Club teens from across the country, including six members from Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Baltimore (BGCMB), spent four powerful days in Washington, D.C. for the Summit for America’s Youth (SAY)—Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s biggest youth advocacy event of the year.
